Keep important information close at hand with our In Case of Emergency (ICE) Information Card, designed to provide essential personal, medical and emergency contact information when it may be needed most.

Perfect for keeping on a school bag, backpack or lanyard, the ICE Card provides a simple way to keep important information with your child while they are at school, travelling, attending activities or away from home.

The card can be particularly useful for children with allergies, medical conditions, disabilities or additional needs, but is suitable for any child.

Information Included

The double-sided ICE Card contains dedicated spaces for:

Front – Emergency Information

• Full name
• Health Service Number (SNS)
• Special needs / disabilities / medical conditions
• Allergies

Back – Emergency Contacts

• Primary emergency contact — name and phone number
• Secondary emergency contact — name and phone number
• Other important information
• Emergency Services — 112

Card & Holder

The information is printed onto a double-sided metal card, measuring approximately 84 × 56 mm.

Each card is supplied with a clear PVC ID-card holder, helping to protect the card while keeping the information easily accessible when needed.

Choose Standard or Personalised

Standard ICE Card

Choose this option if you would prefer to write the information onto the card yourself. Your card will be printed with blank information fields for you to complete.

Personalised ICE Card

If you would like the card supplied with your child's information already printed onto it, select the Personalised option when ordering.

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to gather the information needed for the card before we print it.

Please carefully check all information you provide, especially names, telephone numbers, SNS number, allergies, medical conditions and other important information, as these details will be printed directly onto your card.
