Return & Refund Policy

Grace and Grit Printing is a family-owned handmade printing business, and most products are made to order or personalized.

Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded or returned if errors occur due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details are correct when placing their order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective due to our printing error

  • or the wrong item was sent

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the item

  • Photo of the packaging

  • Photo of the shipping label

Resolution

If the claim is approved, we will normally provide a replacement item.

Refund Requests

If a customer requests a refund instead of a replacement, the item must first be returned to us.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued without the item being returned first.

Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect personalization provided by the customer

  • Claims made after the 48-hour reporting window

  • Minor color differences caused by screen displays

  • Small variations caused by the handmade production process

Shipping Issues

Grace and Grit Printing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
